CeLCAR was awarded Title VI Language Resource Center grant

CeLCAR is proud to announce that we have once again been awarded a Title VI Language Resource Center grant by the U.S. Department of Education for the 2018-2022 grant cycle! Originally founded in 2002 as a Title VI LRC, this is our 5th time receiving this competitive award. We want to take a moment to thank all of our colleagues here at IU who helped with the grant application process, our CeLCAR staff for their research, brainstorming, and invaluable support during the grant preparation period, and of course our amazing Director Dr. Öner Özçelik who wrote an outstanding grant proposal and continues to challenge us, mentor us, and lead us in our many projects supporting the teaching and learning of Central Asian languages both here at IU, in the United States, and around the world!
