CeLCAR sponsored Workshop on Online LCTL Teaching, May 22nd at State Room-East from 8:00am to 5:00pm at Indiana Memorial Union!
Teaching less commonly taught languages has always had its own set of challenges, and here at Indiana University, for the first time, we will discuss possible solutions with special emphasis on online solutions.
Virtual classroom solutions may well be the vehicle to opening our programs and teaching methods to an audience beyond our individual campuses, broadening our capacity to reach a worldwide audience. Participants learned from the experience of innovative thinkers who have demonstrated the ability to lead out with ideas that put technology to work to improve access to these languages, cultures, and people.
