The Honorable Allan Mustard, retired U.S. Ambassador to Turkmenistan, and his wife, Ann, visited CeLCAR on Wednesday, October 5, 2022, during his visit to Indiana University. During this visit, Ambassador Mustard discussed the highlights of his service, his interests in global agricultural and economic issues, and the challenges he faced in learning the Turkmen language.
CeLCAR welcomed the opportunity to share the center’s current projects, including a draft of Turkmen: An Elementary Textbook by Bossan Abdyyeva, Amber Kennedy Kent, and Savaş Şahin.
