Congratulations to CeLCAR's Director, Öner Özçelik for being awarded the 2019 Best Paper Award by the Language Acquisition journal for his paper Universal Grammar and Second Language Phonology: Full Transfer/Prevalent Access in the L2 Acquisition of Turkish “stress” by English and French Speakers.
