CeLCAR is proud to announce that we have once again been awarded a Title VI Language Resource Center grant by the U.S. Department of Education for the 2018–2022 grant cycle! Founded in 2002 as a Title VI LRC, this marks the fifth time CeLCAR has received this highly competitive award.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to all of our colleagues at Indiana University who contributed to the grant application process, as well as to our CeLCAR staff for their research, brainstorming, and invaluable support throughout the preparation period. We are especially grateful to our Director, Dr. Öner Özçelik, whose outstanding grant proposal and ongoing leadership continue to inspire, mentor, and guide our work in supporting the teaching and learning of Central Asian languages at IU, across the United States, and around the world.
