Description

Kurmanji is the most widely-spoken Kurdish language, with approximately 15 million speakers worldwide. The largest population of Kurmanji speakers can be found in eastern and southeastern Turkey, a land often referred to by Kurdish nationalists as Northern Kurdistan.
